42: I am commission sales employee. How can I claim commission sales expenses?

You can claim commission sales expenses if while under employment you were required to pay expenses to earn employment income. You will need to obtain a signed and completed T2200 from your employer. Keep this form for your records, the CRA may request for this form later on.

You can claim allowable expenses on the T777 "Employment Expenses" page which can be added from the Page Catalogue.
