What should I do if my license number is not working?

If your license number is not working, please make sure that you are entering the correct license number all in lower case letters and the license number you are entering is for the current software.

Note: The license number is case sensitive and we do not use the letter O, L or I as part of our license number to avoid confusion with the numbers zero and one.

Please also ensure that you are connected to the Internet and any firewall software that you have installed is temporarily disabled. If you still encounter problems please contact us.
